Boost is Playtika’s proprietary platform that provides each of our game studios with the core technical functionality and live operations services infrastructure needed to run games at scale and rapidly incorporate the latest available functional enhancements. This platform includes payment systems and optimization tools, loyalty programs, data analytics, player segmentation, a social layer, and real-time monitoring, which are effectively deployed across our portfolio of games.
The Boost team includes Domain Masters in a wide array of realms who optimize the platform in these domains and work with game studios on the implementation of the platform features.
Responsibilities
- Be able to quickly ideate, identify, and surface key research topics.
- Design, implement and oversee desk and in-the-field studies that address both behavior and attitudes within our wide variety of target audiences.
- Work with stakeholders, Product Managers, UX Designers, Business Analysts and other business teams to prioritize research opportunities and scope.
- Mentor and support a wide range of qualitative research methods, guiding when and how to apply them during each phase of product development.
- Drive change by advocating research findings with actionable insights to diverse audiences.
- Communicate results in a clear, compelling, and creative way that helps bring the bigger picture together.
- Manage and develop the practice and use of qualitative research across the company.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in applied user research
- Knowledge of a set of qualitative and user-centered research methods, including user interviews, surveys and usability testing
- Knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis, and statistical concepts
- Ability to ask the right questions and to deliver answers in a direct, concise manner
- Team player
- Strong communication skills in English
