Job Description

Snowdrop is a powerful game engine that enables Ubisoft content creators to set their creative minds free. Fast and flexible, Snowdrop gives developers innovative tools designed from the ground up for creating the unknown. Snowdrop provides the perfect canvas for game developers to paint the games of the future.

We are looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our team at Snowdrop, where your focus will revolve around enhancing the user experiences within our cutting-edge systems and innovations. Your primary mission is to bring user-centered design to life, from concept inception to seamless execution. You will also take on the challenge of structuring intricate content and information systems, transforming them into intuitive user scenarios, wireframes, and functional specifications.

As a creative problem-solver and strategic thinker, you'll meticulously evaluate the impact of every design choice. Armed with real user data and valuable feedback, you will make well-informed decisions to ensure a consistently seamless overall experience for our users.

We’re offering a permanent position in Malmö, Sweden, with the flexibility to work partially from home (up to two days a week) under our Flexible Workplace Policy. Please apply using English, our company’s primary language.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

You can work autonomously within your field and know how to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team. You're able to work utilizing an innovative and iterative process that you can integrate into your workflows. You're used to presenting and communicating your work and findings to different audiences. You're willing to take risks and always see the positive in any task while at the same time remaining open to feedback. Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:

Nice to have: Experience & knowledge working with game engines such as Unreal, Unity etc.
