UX Designer Co-Op (FIFA Mobile Team - Adrenaline)

Adrenaline is the newly formed EA Mobile studio responsible for the development and worldwide live operations of FIFA Mobile. The Adrenaline team is founded on passion, innovation, and creativity with a mission to provide immersive sports gaming experiences built for mobile devices and played by millions of gamers around the world. Adrenaline is powered by global talent and looking for passionate and creative new team members to design the future of mobile gaming.

We are looking for a UX Co-op to join an established team of FIFA mobile. This candidate will work directly with artists, game designers, or engineers to create wireframes for game events. Candidates must be highly motivated and flexible, able to take initiative and work independently, and comfortable collaborating with the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with the Lead Designer, Producer and Product Manager to help define the design with regards to every facet of the game: structure, flow, economy, etc.
• Collaborating closely with all disciplines – engineering, art, QA, etc. – to implement features, systems, and content on schedule and to a high standard of quality.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate detailed interaction behaviors for multiple environments and audiences
• Reviewing and suggesting UX improvements for wireframes and screen flows created by the rest of the design team.
• Giving feedback to other design team members regarding the specifics of implementation.
• Developing and maintaining design documentation, with an emphasis on clarity and concision.
• Identifying, proposing, and implementing improvements to workflow and tools.

Who You Are:

• Completing a degree in a related field
• Knowledge of UX software for wireframe and prototype creation (e.g. Adobe XD, Invision, Figma, etc)
• Passion for games and user-centered design and a fascination for understanding how users experience a product
• Strong documentation skills and ability to write concise and clear user stories.
• Enjoy problem-solving with a creative team
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
• Broad taste in games
