Project Coordinator

Core Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Our major pharmaceutical client in Indianapolis is looking for an experienced project coordinator to join their clinical trial supply management team .

Responsibilities include:

• Work with Collaboration Partners (CP)/ outside vendors to verify qualifications
• Monitor inventory levels of bulk label stock and signal reorders
• Decommissioning and destruction of labels
• Data entry for HUB carrier shipment issues into deviation management system to address carrier performance
• Temperature excursion (deviation) process support for a specific CP
• Coordinate material movements
• Systems support including Trackwise, SAP, eCTS, ATLAS, and QualDocs

Requirements

• Microsoft Office including Excel

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Solutions oriented approach with problem solving experience
• Project coordination skills with an ability to lead without authority and follow-up with internal and external partners
• Pharma experience a plus
