About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a UI/UX Artist to join our team and help make our games more usable, consistent, and smooth through good user experience.

The remuneration for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 AUD
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate capability and high-quality work.
- Conceptualize and design the User interface for mobile games.
- Understand the brand and present designs that are authentic and appropriate to the genre.
- Good UX understanding and ability to propose improvements.
- Work with designers to determine the functionality and features of the UI and translate high-level gameplay ideas into visually functional UI designs.
- Assure that game information is well conveyed through the various user interfaces.
- Work closely with the programming team to implement assets into the game and verify the quality of the graphics once implemented.
- Conceptualize, design, and animate UI elements in-engine.
- Keep control of assets production, respecting technical constraints and optimization guidelines.
- Communicate ideas & concepts with international teams and stakeholders.
- Constructively contribute to team culture through positive attitude.
- Most importantly, help create awesome games!
Skills/Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience specializing in the creation of interfaces and menu design.
- Prior experience with Photoshop.
- Experience implementing UI assets in Unity (or similar engines).
- Knowledge of UI/UX industry standards and trends.
- Excellent graphic design skills (design, layout, typography).
- Ability to design and implement UI to improve the ergonomic quality of the game.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
