We are looking for
An in-house User Acquisition manager to lead and build out our UA strategy across the US, UK and European markets. You will work closely with our Director of Data & Game Economy and our Head of Marketing to deliver a well dynamic, data-informed and entrepreneurial approach to UA for DREST. This role will drive the acquisition, retention & monetisation campaigns, working closely with marketing & design to yield the best creatives that match the marketing strategy.
What you will do
- UA strategy & campaign management and optimisation for DREST, using a ROAS targets framework.
- Manage sizable monthly spend (scaling) through ownership of several key marketing channels such as Facebook, Google , Ironsource and Unity Ads
- Funnel optimization through strong data analysis & insight
- Spearhead new ways to find growth & retention through quantitative problem solving & close working with marketing & design teams
- Build & run A/B testing on different activity parameters
- Contribute to creative analysis and improvements with our Head of Marketing allowing for iterative improvements
- Conduct competitive and macro-level research by staying informed on industry changes that impact the overall success
- Run self-service or hybrid & managed user acquisition including search, social, SDK, programmatic, DSP, influencer - you will drive the strategy
- Ad -partner ownership & management
- Discover, define and test new player/customer sources
What you will bring
- Ideally +2 years experience in User Acquisition campaigns across the US or UK & European markets in gaming
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably one in a quantitative discipline
- Excellent data analysis skills for campaign analysis with a performance and data driven, mindset
- Ability to troubleshoot data driven issues
- Strong relationship skills working with partnerships with other mobile and digital companies in the eco-system ( Apple, Google, Social Media Partners , attribution & bid management partners etc )
- Fluency with common User Acquisition metrics and attribution and Business Insight platforms
- Familiarity with running User Acquisition campaigns on some of the major channels - Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok or Twitter.
- You’ll have strong spreadsheet skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Calculated Formulas), the ability to read & understand data and write SQL queries. Familiarity with Tableau is a bonus !
