UA Growth Manager

GSN Games is looking for a UA Growth Manager to join our team in Boston!
This person will be responsible for helping to define the overall UA strategy, lead our partnership team, executing campaigns while being responsible for a monthly budget and managing a small team. This person will report directly into the VP of Marketing, manage one person and have opportunity to expand the team.
About The Skill Studio Marketing Team:
We are responsible for driving revenue for our real-money skill game – WorldWinner which is available on all platforms (app and web). The marketing team is made up of UA, partnerships, CRM, promotions, programming, VIP and customer service teams. We work very closely with the product, design, analytics, finance and engineering teams. We are a very collaborative and analytic driven team.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage small team with opportunity to grow your team
- Strategize and lead the overall UA strategy
- Launch, optimize and scale paid mobile ad campaigns
- Optimize and test creative, targeting, bids, and budgets daily to drive the highest ROI
- Lead our partnership team to help acquire new users and drive revenue
- Manage a monthly budget across multiple channels
- Provide insightful analysis of our monthly UA throughout our studio
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and data analysts
About You:
- 5+ years of experience managing mobile user acquisition campaigns
- You have prior management experience
- Strong experience managing mobile app campaigns on Facebook and other ad networks
- Blend of creativity and metrics-driven approach to problem solving
- Experience analyzing return on ad spend
- Experience managing large marketing budgets
- Passion for mobile games preferred
- Strong Excel required
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Comfortable presenting across a wide audience including the GSN executive team
