Treasury Senior Analyst

The purpose of the Treasury Senior Analyst role is to manage day to day treasury operations. These tasks include but are not limited to cash flow projections, KPI reporting, on-boarding acquisitions and oversight of payment processing, trade confirmation, system administration and bank account management, supporting the Group audit, process improvement projects and Group Treasury projects. The Treasury Senior Analyst will be a key point of contact for day to day banking and internal business partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of treasury transactions including FX trade, studio funding etc. Coordinate approval with payment approvers.
• Preparing cash forecasts, reports of daily cash balances by currency and bank, reporting cash held by bank ratings and other KPI’s.
• Administer inter-company loan agreements and supervise preparation and posting of journal imports to the system monthly for interest accruals across the Group. Administration of the monthly inter-company netting cycle.
• Assist with the update of electronic banking platforms with accurate static and user data and resolve issues/queries in relation to user access, credit cards etc.
• Assist on-boarding of acquisitions, migrating bank accounts, credit cards etc.
• Address bank documentation requirements e.g. in relation to account opening and closing and KYC requests.
• Provide support and training to the Regional Treasury Administrators across the Group.
• Preparation of FX gains and losses analysis for the Group
• Support the roll-out of credit card employee expense platform, resolve issues/queries and manage user access rights.
• Other project related work; in particular automation and work-flow to improve process.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with 2-3 years' relevant work experience
• Finance management information systems, ideally Netsuite, MS Office, Email, Web/Internet and Banking software. Experience of reconciling complex records.
• Strong Excel skills
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Ability to multitask and manage own workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with multiple and remote teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to work within team deadlines.
• Strong communication and team skills.
• Attention to details.
