Texture Artist (F/M/NB)

Job Description
We are looking for a Texture Artist to join the art team working on a new unannounced cross-platform PVP game!
As such, your tasks will include:
- You will produce all necessary textures (Nmap, Rough, Albedo ...) respecting the PBR constraints and the expected quality level under substance designer
- You collaborate with the Lead Level Art and the Level Artists in planning the production of materials based on the existing and production needs
- You adapt to the rendering constraints associated with our internal engine and target platforms
- You are proactive in the exchanges with the 3D Artists and Level Artists in order to adapt the textures to their needs and constraints
- You ensure to optimize the number and use of textures produced
- You ensure the quality of the textures once integrated and make the necessary improvements
Qualifications
- You have significant experience in creating textures for the video game or film industry
- You have a good command of Substance Designer and Painter, as well as a solid understanding of PBR and Light-Material interactions
- You have a good knowledge of ZBrush, Photoshop and 3DS max (or equivalent) on mapping functions and modeling skills
- Skills in scripting, automation tools or shaders (HLSL) would be appreciated
- You are creative, autonomous and you know how to make proposals
- You have a strong interest in the video game industry and have a great video game culture
- You can easily work with English speaking colleagues and in a multicultural team
