Test Automation Engineer

Job Description

- Work closely with the development teams to understand the need of automated test
- Research on up-to-date technology and propose the best technical approach/roadmap to the team
- Design, develop, and maintain appropriate automated test frameworks for project need
- Define automation reporting needs to give clear and actionable results to the customer
- Measuring the test efficiency and react fast to the feedbacks from QC and Production
- Grow and mentor junior team members by sharing best practices in automation testing and tool using

Qualifications

- University degree in engineering, computer sciences, information systems or equivalent professional qualification
- 3+ years of experience in automation of front-end/back-end tests
- At least proficient in 1 programming language and skilled in 1 scripting language
- Practical experience in using image recogintion and machine learning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good at reusing/adopting existing code
- Proactive and has good sense of initiative, always seek opportunities to offer more
- Be detail-oriented, and flexible to adapt changes
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Good spoken and written in English & Chinese

- 大学本科学历或以上，计算机技术或相关专业毕业
- 3年以上自动化测试经验
- 精通至少一门编程语言，熟练掌握至少一种脚本语言
- 有图像识别及机器学习方面的实践经验
- 较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，善于重用或移植已有代码
- 积极主动有创新意识，能持续提升贡献
- 注重细节并能灵活应变
- 良好的沟通技巧及团队精神
- 良好的中英文说写能力

Bonus Points

- Familiar with mobile testing (IOS/Android)
- Familiar with online development ecosystem
- Experience in using Unity engine and its test module
- Experience in other test automation frameworks (e.g. Selenium)
