Technical Writer

Our technical writing team is now looking for a new person to assist with the development and creation of a library of operational manuals. These manuals will help onboard and align new employees as well as clarify and modify some changes which are critical for improving operational efficiency. For this position, we are looking for a competent and responsible candidate, who loves and knows how to work in a team, and who has experience as a technical writer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compile and keep up-to-date Service Operations Manuals (means the appropriate products description document and business processes)
• Document Processes
• Define Business Policies
• Specify Organizational Hierarchy and Job Roles
• Write Job Descriptions and Contact Details
• Clarify the Emergency Response Plan

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-6 years of experience at the same position
• Advanced Degree (MBA)
• Knowledge of standards for creating and formatting technical documentation
• Ability to analyze and structure information
• Ability to describe complex things in simple language
• High teachability
• English - Upper-Intermediate level at least
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation in Confluence
• Gaming experience, interest in gamedev
