What We're Looking For

N3TWORK Studios seeks an outstanding Technical/VFX Artist who can create visually stunning VFX and animations in our Tetris mobile game.

Responsibilities

• Create exciting real-time VFX that fit a variety of art styles and support gameplay
• Convert source art to game-ready assets and integrate as optimized for mobile platforms
• Create animatics or mock-ups as needed for pre-visualization
• Create, animate, and modify 2D assets or sequences as needed
• Edit code to customize triggered events
• Work closely with the art team, offering technical solutions to achieve excellent visuals
• Follow established standard and conventions for asset creation and integration
• Seek to identify and communicate any issues or improvements to the art pipeline

Requirements

• Knowledge of Unity Engine, especially particle systems
• Experience in 2D & sprite sheet animation
• Develop shaders within Unity to achieve target visuals
• Understanding of mobile optimization and technical constraints
• Strong, proactive communication between the engineers, designers, and artists
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, while managing time and priorities efficiently
• Eager and willing to learn from peers, enhance performance, and expand knowledge

Preferred

• Knowledge of C# scripting
• Experience with version control software such as Git
• Knowledge in motion design basics
