Technical Support Intern

The opportunity

In this role, you will be an integral member of the team, you will have an opportunity to explore various areas of technical account management, including presentation, technical support and program coordination. What you’ll be doing

• Work with a world-class art team to discuss the effects of games, movies, animations, automobiles, industrial products, etc. produced by unity engine
• Help the other account executives to serve customers faster by providing technical assistance, improving processes and developing tools
• Research the new features of art tools and engines, and make effect Demo
• Work with support team to resolve art related issues encountered by customers using unity engine
• 与世界一流的美术团队一起探讨使用unity引擎制作的游戏、影视、动画、汽车、工业产品等的艺术效果
• 通过提供技术支持、改进流程和开发工具，帮助其他客户经理更有效地为客户服务

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer science, game, film and television, etc.
• Learn Unity3D very well and familiar with graphics rendering algorithm
• Can work 3 days per week and last for 6 months
• Proven critical thinking capabilities
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Have potential in presenting software solutions and products over digital channels (chat, email, sometimes phone)
