Technical Sourcer, contract

What We Need:

We’re looking for the kind of technical sourcer that is creative, driven, and communicative. This is a super-competitive, fantastically exciting field, and you’ll be connecting with some of the most in-demand talent there is. This is initially a six-month position, and can be 100% remote.

What You Will Do:

• Source engineering jobs! From multiplayer to game engine to core infrastructure, your main focus will be on filling the pipeline with specialized engineering candidates
• Work with the recruiting team to ensure messaging is on point
• Fearlessly ask for input and advice on best approaches
• Be creative: mix up your messaging. Find new approaches and avenues.
• Participate in studio meetings and job kickoffs to ensure you are totally comfortable with specific job requirements
• Document your work so that hiring manager, recruiters, and others have visibility into clear and concise pipelines
