The Role:
As a Technical Recruiting Manager you will mentor and help develop a team of talent acquisition professionals supporting multiple business functions. You will partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition from conception to fruition on recruiting tools and strategies to support these organizations and partner with our hiring leaders to execute top of class recruiting practices.
Reports to: The Head of Talent Acquisition
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team as both a partner and a coach
- Recruit and hire across various levels and functions from early talent to executive level
- Mentor and help develop a growing team of recruiters, coordinators and sourcers
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly in order to achieve goals
- Champion, engage and execute initiatives relating to Equality, Inclusion and Diversity hiring
- Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition and People Operations Leaders to develop a talent brand strategy that continues to bring in exceptional talent to Supernatural and showcases the incredible company culture
- Analyze, assess and implement process improvements to optimize for efficiency and productivity at scale
- Build and improve upon recruiting best practices
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive environment
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience partnering with leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies and initiatives
- A deep passion and understanding for diversity, equity and inclusion
- Experience and understanding of how to build a recruiting function to scale with hyper-growth
- Strong understanding of key recruiting metrics and a keen focus on improving results
- The ability to take a blank canvas in an ambiguous environment and create something incredible
- Drive and passion to create a best in class talent team, while trying new and creative ways to attract talent
