Overview:
As one of our Technical Recruiter within the team, your role is extremely important. As an integral part of the recruitment function, you will support the growth of our 1518 India studios and ensure that the right talent is recruited in a timely fashion. You will develop your skills by participating in tech & art hiring for various projects. You will be exploring new strategies of recruiting.
This is a hybrid role and you should be able to adapt quickly to new tasks and be an enthusiastic team player who thrives under pressure, enjoys helping others, is accustomed to being hands-on, and excels when working to multiple conflicting deadlines and requisitions. You'll be resilient, adaptable, have endurance and patience with self-confidence in your own ability to succeed and share success.
This role would suit someone who is looking for progression into a role with more autonomy, independence, and ownership of dedicated tasks. You'll be joining a friendly team that will support and help you along the way. This role involves working within a highly challenging, fast-paced and time-demanding operation where you will be required to work efficiently on ad-hoc recruitment requirements across India
Responsibilities:
- Writing and posting technical job descriptions
- Understanding candidate's profile to evaluate role fitment (Screening & Shortlisting)
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Define, design, and implement recruiting programs and search engagements for a variety of technical roles. This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration, and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop a detailed profile of target candidates. Skillfully support weighing the anticipated and immediate challenges of the targeted role
Requirements
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting, and networking.
- Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
