The Pokémon Company International is looking for a talented Sr. IT Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. The Sr. IT TPM will leverage their proven ERP experience guiding enterprise clients through the evaluation, successful purchase, implementation, and support of ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across functional areas such as Purchasing, Finance, and Supply Chain. The Sr. IT TPM participates in project management process improvements, providing structure, establishing procedures and tools to order to increase efficiency and transparency for the Technical Program Management Office (TPMO).
What You Will Do
- Drive ERP Projects such as the vendor selection & onboarding, integration & implementation, roll-out, adoption & training.
- Partner with analysts as they conduct the discovery process with stakeholders to develop the project plan including objective(s), requirements, and dependencies.
- Coordinate and balance requirements, resources, risks, dependencies, dates, deployment plans, and more across multiple internal and external teams.
- Facilitate meetings, technical deep dives, cross-functional workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and project reviews.
- Analyze data to understand issues and take corrective actions when needed, knowing when and how to escalate.
- Lead Scrum Master functions such as sprint planning, retrospectives and participates in daily scrum stand-ups for project development teams.
- Provide timely, clear and concise and complete communications to project stakeholders and leadership.
- Assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and provide escalation management when necessary.
- Champions and drives Hybrid Project Management which blends the predictive traditional project management practices and the adaptive Agile methodologies.
- Contributes to TPMO processes, standardization, and best practices
What You Will Bring
- 7+ years proven experience managing ERP implementations inclusive of Finance, Supply Chain Management, Global Trade Management.
- Consistent experience managing budgets and projects exceeding $500K.
- 7+ years as Technical Project Manager driving projects through all ERP implementations phases.
- Experience in writing ERP related RFPs and managing vendor selection process.
- Confident working closely with the project Steering Committee to ensure all needs are met.
- Solid domain experience with ERP solutions that encompass Finance, Supply Chain and Global Trade Management and integrations with connected systems and familiarity with Product. Development/Product Lifecycle Management process.
- Solid foundation in project management practices as well as experience working with Agile teams.
- Experience creating dashboards, road maps and other reporting for the executive level.
- Familiarity with navigating in JIRA, Confluence, Workfront, SharePoint, Smartsheet preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, SCM, OTM/GTM, Quality Management preferred.
- Experience with Dynamics AX 2012 a plus.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
