Technical Project Manager - Facilities

Playground Games is looking for a technically minded, experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Facilities team.
As part of the Facilities team you will be involved with delivering a number of complex Facilities projects. This role will be split between the Playground Games studios based in central Leamington Spa.
You should have
- Extensive and demonstrable experience of planning, leading and delivering a range of high budget, complex FM projects including office refurbishments, HVAC & electrical installations, IT projects and other specialist or bespoke projects
- Extensive experience in a similar Facilities Management/Project Management position
- Degree level or equivalent qualification in Facilities / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant Engineering field
- Solid understanding of M&E and Facilities Management practices and techniques
- Experience of working in a multi-site estate
- Exceptional organisational and methodical problem solving skills
- Demonstratable experience of leading and managing projects
- Excellent time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload
- Demonstrable experience in problem solving
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills across all levels
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to look at the bigger picture when deciding best course of action
- Professionalism and discretion
- Commercial awareness
Desirable
- NEBOSH qualified in Health & Safety is desirable but relevant experience/knowledge in H&S will suffice
- Experience in the games industry would be beneficial but not essential
