TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, PRODUCT INFRASTRUCTURE
A Technical Program Manager at Tangible Play understands how complex technical systems work, and can drive such projects across multiple multi-disciplinary departments. You’ll be responsible for ensuring your teams are unblocked and humming along nicely, as well as representing them and the product to stakeholders. Using your knowledge of technology and data, you not only gather knowledge for stakeholders, you also foresee problems down the line. You will be able to drive the software aspects of a project, while making sure the other parts get done. With deep software expertise, you’re structured, organized, and thrilled to bring order to chaos. Candidates should have a strong sense of both player data, and understand how data and research work. Responsibilities
- Organize and prioritize engineering projects for the organization
- Gather project requirements, goals, and scope estimates to coordinate and track project tasks and progress
- Drive software engineering, collaborate with hardware specialists, marketing, customer experience, and other relevant departments
- Organize and coordinate software releases to customers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in technology related field, for example application software development or game development
- 2 years experience in software program management and/or engineering management, with a focus on Agile methodologies
- Experience with mobile app development and release management
Preferred Qualifications
- MS in a technical field
- Experience in problem solving within fast-paced and constantly changing environments
- Experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members
- Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to to scope out and differentiate between challenging and simple projects
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Experienced in SQL
