Technical Product Manager, Web Technologies

The Opportunity

As the Technical Product Manager, Web Technologies at Unity, you will be part of the product management team focused on bringing real-time 3D content to the web. Your role includes gathering detailed data and feedback on feature development to execute on defined product roadmaps. This is an opportunity to blend your technical skills and insightful understanding of our customer/partner needs to help champion the future of RT3D on the web. You'll be embedded alongside our incredible engineering teams, providing insight into our customer use, demand for shipped features, features in development, and future areas of growth.

The primary goal is to ensure our solution takes full advantage of all the capabilities the platform has to offer.

What you'll be doing

• Work closely with internal and external customers to discover new user needs, define feature requirements, and validate the technology in development.
• Extract, analyze, and visualize quantitative and qualitative data to drive and validate development and user experience in an unbiased manner
• Work together with our Engineering, Program Management, and Product Design teams to execute the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and help implement the go-to-market plans for releases

What we're looking for

• Technical product management experience with sophisticated products or services.
• Technical background with an ability to learn and engage in the analysis of technical solutions.
• Users' first mentality, demonstrating user empathy and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Technical communication skills and ability to synthesize technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to analyze data and create reports/presentations.

You might also have

• Game development experience, especially with Unity or WebGL
