Technical Product Manager (Maternity Leave)

The mobile gaming industry is competitive and certain roles require a great deal of technical expertise. Playtika is recruiting for a limited number of roles requiring unique skills and experience.

Playtika is looking for an Product Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement) to join the Digital Studio division.

The Digital Studio products are based on cutting-edge AI technology, profound business logic, advanced UI/UX, data visualization, and connectivity to the Playtika Infrastructure platform. These products maximize performance in all studio's business domains: monetization and VIP, economy, analytics, and marketing.

We are looking for product managers with experience, an innovative mindset, a proactive, and an end-to-end product approach.

In this position, you will design and develop advanced products based on Playtika’s business “know-how” in significant business processes. Our products are aimed to create efficiency, increase the studio’s performance and bring new value. The product manager in the Digital Studio will work closely with business personas and manage the development in a multi-disciplinary environment including Infra R&D, AI labs, data division, UI/UX designers, and architects.

Responsibilities

- Design, plan and manage the development of products in collaboration with various business units in Playtika and Tech divisions.

- Engage with the studios in Playtika to deeply understand their needs, and the potential of AI, conduct user interviews, and solve pain points to reach desired outcomes and create holistic products.

- Professional domain leader with a “can do” approach to tackle advanced challenges

- Lead creation of the product roadmap based on data-driven product decisions. Define and analyze metrics to demonstrate the success of our products.

- Pitch and present the product’s vision and ideas to Playtika’s business units, stakeholders, and management.

- Work closely with Product Owners, architects, engineers, UI/UX, and Data Scientists to deliver solutions and new capabilities.

Requirements

- 2+ years experience in Product/Project Management.

- Experience in Product roles: Roadmap planning, requirements definition and prioritization, UI / UX and understanding of tech aspects.

- Experience in working with AI-based and data driven products - and advantage.

- People’s person, who is an excellent listener with the ability to build credibility and relationships with business units across functions in Playtika.

- A great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English).

- Highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem.

- Fast, self-learner who can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at speed.

- Mover & shaker, who adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

- Experience in the creative world - an advantage
