As a Technical Producer on the Business Systems Engineering Team, you will orchestrate various agile SDLCs for multiple product teams and assist/support product owner with feature prioritization, tradeoffs, and other business decisions. You will also serve as a Scrum Master supporting large IT initiatives and be encouraged to identify gaps and/or opportunities in our business and present them to leadership for future consideration. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience and expertise in successfully delivering multiple custom software services in the enterprise.
What You'll Do:
- Capture and analyze technical requirements to support the design and development of technology and/or process solutions.
- Coordinate, communicate, and deliver against production schedules.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks that have an impact on a project's deliverables or schedule.
- Participate in team discussions, decision making, conflict resolution, and risk management.
- Collaborate with end users, stakeholders, technical leads, and other producers across a variety of groups, internally and externally.
- Facilitate discussions between creative studios, live operations, and engineering teams.
- Lead teams through agile SDLC processes, including all Scrum ceremonies.
- Coach and mentor team members on agile and project management methodologies.
- Encourage a culture that identifies and removes impediments.
- Assist product owners with their core responsibilities.
- Analyze existing processes and lead continuous improvement discussions that promote operational effectiveness through standardization, simplification, and/or discontinuance.
- Define and implement team processes, procedures, and documentation standards.
What You'll Bring:
- 5 years of industry experience.
- BA or BS preferred or equivalent years of work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Full knowledge and experience of SDLC processes and standard methodologies.
- Experience in Agile project management and iterative development.
- A proven track record of delivering custom software solutions in enterprise environments.
- A proactive and creative approach to solving problems.
- The ability to inspire engineers to deliver high quality work.
- An in-depth understanding of both technical and creative processes.
- Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner, Project Manager or equivalent years of experience in an agile work environment.
- Highly capable with requirements analysis and have an understanding of software development, cloud native technologies, DevOps, continuous delivery, quality assurance, live operations, risk mitigation, and prioritization.
