Technical Producer

Starbreeze Entertainment is looking for an Experienced Technical Producer to lead the project management for our central tech team in our Stockholm office.
You will be working on two levels; overseeing the work to deliver the technical solutions for the game projects as well as being the scrum master for the technical teams. You will work in close cooperation with the technical product owner, with your internal stakeholders - and with the tech teams. You are accountable for making and following up on the delivery plans, manage the risks and work with the studio on staffing and talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate should have a technical background and extensive experience of driving technical projects, but also have a passion for the latest development methods, tools, and platforms. If you also like playing games, that is a plus.
You are an effective project manager with an agile mindset who is passionate about planning, efficiency, and engaging teams in continuous improvement of development tools and processes. You will work with the technical organisation to ensure that the solutions are supporting the games efficiently, on time, on budget and to the right level of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Implement clear project management frameworks; including staff planning, risk management and reporting, for the central tech team.
- Own the production deliverables and provide support for the 2-4 technical scrum teams, as their scrum master.
- Follow up on project indicators that track project quality, delivery, and predictability.
- Work with the leadership of the game teams to monitor the capacity plans in order to provide each project with the solutions to succeed.
- Actively help the game projects to execute on their plans and milestones.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience as a project manager in a technical setting.
- Bachelor of Science or equal working experience.
- Good insight into, and experience of, agile processes such as scrum and kanban.
- Good experience of managing various stakeholders, and an understanding of how to visualize status for both teams and their stakeholders.
- Experience in negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution in complex project setups.
- Proficient in facilitating, motivating, and inspiring team(s) to work as one team towards clear project goals to execution.
