Technical Producer Program Manager

Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Keywords is seeking a proven mid-level producer experienced with outsourced and remote engineering or software development to work with one of our clients within their Global Game Services (e.g. Localization, Ratings & GEOPS, etc.) and Publishing Development teams. In this role, you will be responsible for working with internal globalization tooling and platform stakeholders as you produce a remote team of external engineers. If you are technically-minded with an interest in making awesomeness happen, this might be the role for you!This is a potential contract to Hire position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate agile development processes for multiple teams
- Work with Product Owners and Feature Leads to build and refine plans across internal and external teams, ensuring that project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achievable and aligned upon
- Use project management tools, production methodologies, and clear communication to maintain accurate and predictable schedules and high standards of quality across multiple projects simultaneously
- Regularly assess a team's agile maturity, health, and composition, continuously striving for team cohesion and delivery excellence
- Identify and communicate all risks that may prevent teams from achieving established goals within their sprints or other allotted time
- Schedule and attend meetings; set agendas; take concise and comprehensive notes, and distribute them to appropriate attendees and stakeholders

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a production or equivalent role
- Proven ability to self-prioritize and execute with minimal supervision, while also leading by example
- Experience driving projects to completion in a timely manner, while managing departmental dependencies that fall outside your direct authority
- Able to work well in a team environment, and manage multiple complex projects with various groups
- A proactive and positive approach to problem solving
- Able to create, track, and maintain complex schedules
- Able to evaluate and mitigate project risks and resolve conflict
- Able to generate concise status reports for leadership and stakeholder review
- Practical knowledge of a variety of production methodologies including but not limited to: Scrum, Kanban and Lean Product Management
- Proficiency with project management and version control software tools
- Cloud-based architecture knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with Services and APIs
- Working familiarity with common project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, JIRA, Shotgrid, etc.)
Preferred Skills and experience:
- Experience with technical production or GaaS production
- Experience building tools for or working with localization workflows
- Familiarity with memoQ, or other Localization tools
- Interest in games, game technology, and game production
