Welcome to Activision Mobile. Call of Duty: Mobile is the premier first-person shooter on mobile. We’re seeking great talent with a mobile background who are passionate about their work, who share our belief in what AAA experiences on mobile can and should be.
Player Profile
We’re looking to add a Technical Producer to the Call of Duty: Mobile team. In this role you’ll act as the primary point of contact for all scheduling matters with team members on the project, with a focus on technical performance and data privacy features. Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Technical Producer works closely with the Technical Leads, Production team, External Development Team and Leads to create and track project schedules relating to all technical features of the game.
This role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely project management information to all partners to inform decision making.
- Coordinate with partners within Activision.
- Work with the team to ensure clear definition, prioritization and communication of goals.
- Identify and anticipate risks. Present solutions.
- Build regular reports of key actions and risks at various levels of detail.
- Stay up to date on First Party and legal compliance requirements.
- Have a basic understanding in the technical process of software development.
- Help assist with the creation of test plans for QA on features you produce.
- Help collaborate on requirements for technical feature requests between external development teams and internal teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 relevant published titles as a Producer or Project Manager.
- Understanding of game development, from concept to submission and sustained development post launch.
- Track record of project planning being successfully completed leading to the timely delivery of quality projects.
- Strong time-management/ organization skills with the ability to focus on priorities, manage change and deliver against agreed check points.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software skills, like Jira.
- Willing to commit and take ownership for projects under supervision.
- Flexibility, support and will to manage the impact of change.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles.
- Experience working with external teams.
- Passion for games and game development.
- Positive, self-starter attitude.
- Passion for your job and for team work.
- Open-minded personality and team-player mentality.
- Knowledgeable of our games.
- Knowledge of data privacy.
- Computer science degree or equivalent training a plus.
