Summary:
Age of Learning, School Division, is constantly looking to add to our team! We are is in search of a highly detailed driven, self-motivated, analytical problem solver to take on the Technical Implementation Specialist role. In this role, you will work with our education customers in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, supporting Sales, Product Management, and the Implementation teams on interoperability between the customer’s existing infrastructures, technologies, and Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, and Age of Learning’s platforms.
Responsibilites:
- Partner with Sales to strategize and implement ways to bring integration and rostering into the initial solutioning stage of presale presentations and discussions.
- Partner with Platform Product Management to support integration, single sign-on, and auto-rostering discussions in customer advisory meetings and provide input into product enhancements.
- As the liaison with Customer Success Managers - respond to customer integration escalations according to the company’s defined escalation intake process.
- Analyze complex technical issues and define root causes to implement solutions with minimal supervision
- Support the proposals team with technology and integration responses when needed.
- Develop and maintain technical documents as needed
- Provide mentoring and training to team members and serve as an escalation point
- Strong troubleshooting skills leveraging the OSI model
- Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of customer-facing technical experience in the technology industry, with a strong focus on systems integration and user access.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and client management skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibility and value of an integrated solution.
- Ability to effectively convey the product message and value proposition through remote or onsite technical demonstrations.
- Proficient configuring applications to use various identity providers such as SAML, LDAP, 0Auth, etc
- CRM knowledge—specifically Salesforce
- Working understanding of Google Workspaces, Office 365 or similar platforms
- Travel up to 25% of the time
- Must be located in the Central Time zone
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing devices with a Mobile Device Platform
- Certified in one or more of the following: CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation
The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $90,000 USD to $100,000 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
