We’re looking for our next Technical Assistant to come join our growing team. As a Technical Assistant you will be working under general supervision, the Technical Assistant is responsible for the routine preventative maintenance and remedial repair of gaming machines and associated equipment at customer sites.Strive to achieve the common objective of customer focus and continuous improvementWhat You'll Do
- Accurate daily reporting of completed scheduled tasks
- Preventative Maintenance of gaming equipment
- Basic low-level repair of gaming equipment
- Assist with upgrades, retrofits and modifications of gaming equipment
- Assist with game change conversions of gaming equipment
- Assist with the installation and removal of gaming equipment
- Assist with the relocation of existing gaming equipment
- Ensure all activities meet company and legislative compliant regulations
- Accurate daily reporting of completed scheduled tasks
What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of Technology Services process & procedures, i.e. PDA Reporting, Spare Parts reporting & returns
- Demonstrated ability to think laterally and show resourcefulness when confronted with out of the ordinary problems
- Understanding of the context of the team within the Service Unit, Region and Technical Services
- Demonstrate a medium level of technical competencies and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills.
- Good teaming skills with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to quickly recognise and identify areas of concern.
- Sound problem solving skills
- High level of oral, written communication skills
- Ability to manage & maintain cross-functional relationships within the Aristocrat business
- Demonstrable organisational skills.
