Role & Missions—What you will do 🚀

As the Technical Director, you'll be the linchpin in our quest for cohesive collaboration, continuous improvement, and unparalleled product quality. Your role will span team leadership, product strategy alignment, process optimization, and proactive risk management, ensuring our games exceed industry standards while nurturing a culture of innovation.

Your missions will be the following:

• Team Cohesion and Development: Foster a collaborative environment where Developers, Artists, Designers, and all team members thrive and work seamlessly toward shared objectives.
• Continuous Learning and Industry Best Practices: Stay ahead by constantly evolving ways of working, understanding emerging technologies, and integrating best practices into our processes.
• Alignment with Product Strategy: Comprehend our product vision to propose and implement solutions that drive its realization.
• Turning Limits into Opportunities: Embrace challenges as learning curves and growth opportunities, turning limitations into catalysts for innovation.
• Anticipation and Risk Management: Foresee potential obstacles during prototyping, ensuring our products are well-prepared for post-launch challenges.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain close communication with studio and top-level management to ensure decisions align with the product and company objectives.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Analyzing mobile game mechanics (Design, Art, Tech) through gameplay.
• Designing collaborative processes among various teams through effective documentation and presentations.
• Ensuring product quality across stability, player experience, and performance.
• Mentoring and growing Developers while facilitating a feedback-rich environment.
• Exceptional communication skills adaptable to various stakeholders.
• Recruitment when necessary to source the right talent for our teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical leadership within the gaming industry.
• In-depth knowledge of game development methodologies and tools.
• Expertise in C# and Unity.
• Expertise in technologies relevant to mobile game development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
• Flexibility to adapt to various interlocutors and situations.
• Fluent in English.
