What You’ll Do:
As a strategic member of the GSN Games Marketing Leadership Team, you will develop and oversee all elements of CRM, Social Media and our VIP program. You will help us to develop and deliver our overall marketing strategy, a world-class team of marketing professionals and industry-leading marketing performance. You will:
- Manage & develop a team of 5 - 8 Israel and US-based Marketing professionals who are responsible for CRM, Social Media, and our VIP services
- Be responsible for developing our CRM strategy by promoting and implementing improved CRM products, processes & vision
- Expand the CRM services to new games and apply new methods based on best and/or new practices
- Be responsible for the development and reach of our social media channels and content strategy, as well as the exploration of social channels for current and future games
- Scale up our VIP services to a world-class level by implementing new tools and techniques and by coaching and developing the current team
- Work closely with the Product and Marketing Analytics teams to improve reports and dashboards and to deep-dive into specific case studies, all in service of improving the performance of CRM, Social Media & VIP services
- Be accountable for ensuring the CRM, Social Media, and VIP teams hit their KPI targets by constantly reviewing and optimizing the performance together with the team members and ensuring our activity is efficient and effective
- Represent the CRM, Social Media & VIP services teams in management meetings to present current performance, development roadmaps, case studies and other relevant information that might be of interest
- Proactively take part in company decision-making regarding CRM, Social Media & VIP services
- Consult and support the games studios with any Marketing/CRM/Social Media requirements or question, in order to provide best-in-class service to your internal customers
About you:
You’ll be an experienced marketing professional with a passion for gaming who is energetic, enthusiastic, well-organised and collaborative in your approach to all things Marketing. You’ll live and breathe online gaming and truly love what you do. You’ll have:
- 4+ years’ experience in Marketing/CRM/Live Ops within a mobile industry company
- 2+ years’ experience in Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube)
- 2+ years’ experience of hands-on people management
- Strong hands-on experience in managing marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Braze)
- Native level English communication skills (verbal and written fluency)
- Excellent copywriting skills & strong familiarity with American culture
- A highly analytical approach and the ability to read and understand analytical reports to drive results
- A team player with a strong sense of ownership and a ‘get things done’ attitude
- Knowledge in SQL a strong plus
