As the team leader of health services, you will have the important mission of coordinating the professionals who work for the services offered at Ubisoft (company gym, virtual and physical medical clinic, health partners, financial planning, etc.). Using a holistic and integrated approach, you will redefine the health package in the new hybrid work reality and ensure that anyone who is interested has all their health needs taken care of in one place.
You will set clear objectives, create partnerships, and manage the logistics that will help achieve an enhanced version of the health package that perfectly reflects Ubisoft’s innovative, ambitious, and caring nature. Your efforts and those of your team will improve the quality of life for everyone at Ubi.
What you’ll do
- Supervise and evaluate the staff under your responsibility (kinesiologists, external partners, etc.) and ensure that everyone works together as one team.
- Run the company gym that offers group classes and sports leagues in a hybrid work environment.
- Help plan medium- and long-term management and development activities related to health and wellness in the workplace.
- Assist in the development, recommendation, implementation, administration, evaluation, and improvement of occupational health and wellness policies, guidelines, programs, and processes (GymUbi, ergonomics, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal and external partners.
- Spread the word about the comprehensive health package to the staff and make sure that employees take advantage of it.
- Actively participate as a specialist in special projects related to health and wellness in the workplace.
- Participate in the planning and budget management of activities related to the health package at Ubisoft.
Qualifications
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, HR management, health sciences, or a related field
- A minimum of two years of experience in management or health promotion
- A sense of leadership that allows you to rally an entire team behind a common vision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and French
- Strong organizational skills that help you plan and prioritize properly
- The ability to manage multiple files at once and to adapt to change
- Mastery of the MS Office suite
