Job Description:
Talent Sourcing and Branding Specialist responsibilities include planning and executing sourcing, branding and recruitment initiatives for the company, maximizing all recruitment channels to identify and attract potential candidates, champion social media strategy, campus engagement and implement effective employee/applicant referral system in Keywords Studios. This role shall also assist in Corporate and Technical Recruiting requirements of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strengthen the Keywords Studios brand in the local talent market by initiating, planning and executing various branding, sourcing and recruiting initiatives
- Tap and attract technical and niche profiles required by the business through university partnerships, liaising with government agencies, manpower partners, colleges and industry/professional associations
- Establish sustainable talent/applicant pipeline for customer support, technical, corporate roles and other talent requirements of the company
- Oversee and manage the recruitment-related social media strategy for Keywords Manila
- Maximize various portals and recruiting channels in attracting applicants
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Implement an effective employee and applicant referral program
- Champion campus engagement by hosting and participating in career fairs, managing effective and sustainable internship program and other initiatives
- Create and publish reports relevant to sourcing, branding and other recruitment initiatives
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Assists in interviewing and scheduling candidates for a wide range of roles
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Develops, influences, and executes sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates
- Develops relationships with key candidates and large-scale talent pools
- Sources for passive and active candidates from internal ATS, LinkedIn, Professional Lists, Job Boards and other appropriate media outlets
- Tracks all sourcing activities for all pipelines, conversions, and hires
- Identifies new methods and approaches for sourcing of candidates
- Conducts outbound calls to potential candidates
- Drives applicants through sourcing activities to apply for open requisitions
- Provides updates to keep team apprised of sourcing efforts
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Experience in sourcing, technical and customer support hiring
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
- Proven experience in Social Media Campaigns, campus recruitment, intelligence-based sourcing & prospect candidate engagement standards
- Bachelor’s degree
