About the Role

The People Development & Experience Team develops and delivers programs across the employee lifecycle in Employee Experience, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Talent Development, and DEIB to help each employee at Twitch grow.

We are looking for a Talent Management Program Manager who will globally shape the strategy and execution for people talent programs. You will help create dynamic people programs and people experiences as part of the Talent Management team at Twitch. A multifaceted position that requires a focus on building relationships, program management, facilitation, talent management, coaching, and development. This opportunity allows you to be involved in all aspects of our talent management solutions with a focus on how we can create the right programs and processes based on data, growth, and culture. Help us build people experience programs that are facilitator-led, e-learning, or blended learning based upon analysis, program design, development, delivery, and evaluation.

You are comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with several programs moving in parallel. You communicate with all organizational levels and have an appetite for building talent interventions from scratch. You'll partner across the organization and the People team to provide expertise and consultation in change management, DEIB, talent reviews, performance management, promotions, and talent development.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Management in this position to support Twitch employees you'll:

You Will:

• Manage multiple talent management programs end to end across the business balancing different timelines, priorities, and deliverables, such as performance, calibration, talent reviews and talent development.
• Add Employee Experience and DEIB lens on all talent programs and approaches
• Partner across the People Team and with partners to design and evolve talent development needs and collaborate on any custom development requirements, and program delivery needs
• Collaborate and work cross-functionally with project sponsors, management and SMEs to understand needs, make recommendations, and develop materials and outcomes to improve employee performance
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of high priority talent management projects from ideation through design, delivery, and measurement; outputs include facilitator guides, participant guides, PowerPoint decks, job aids, etc.
• Facilitate meetings and sessions to support programs related to on-boardings, IDEB, talent management, organizational design, and change management.
• Work across the people team to collect data for talent pools, translate data into insights through data analysis that creates action plans as it relates to performance management, talent management and IDEB

You Have:

• 5+ years HR experience in one or more of the following areas: Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, or Diversity and Inclusions
• Experience program managing Talent, and People/Learning programs
• Data-driven love and approach, both in evaluating the effectiveness of programs
• Clear written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Project/management expertise and can build programs with a human-centered focus
• Travel up to 25% of the time
• Bachelor's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience
