Your mission
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Rotterdam you will work close with the TA team in Amsterdam setting up the recruitment strategy and filling in the open positions.
You will support our Leads during all phases in the recruitment process; execute the first selection, ensuring the administration is up to date, keep candidates informed, organize and conduct interviews, offer the job to succesful candidates etc.
You will become a great asset in the Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Team, proven yourself to be dedicated and capable of working independently within a dynamic working environment, therewith individually contributing to the departmental and business results.

- At least 5 years of experience as a corporate recruiter
- Creatively minded and passionate about sourcing
- Excellent skills in Google apps (e.g. Docs, Sheets etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter Seat
- You have English and Dutch skills in verbal and written communication
- You are used to work in a complex and dynamic (international) working environment
- You are eligible to work in the EU
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you are highly organized with good time management and planning skills. You are able to analyze, interpret and address candidate/ hiring managers / agency needs. Because you adapt to your audience, you are a strong communicator.Bonus points for
- You have previously worked in the games industry
- You have experience on both corporate and agency side
- You are familiar in the VR Game Development industry
