Within the Talent Acquisition department at Ubisoft International HQ, you will join the IT Talent Acquisition team in charge of our IT recruitments in France.
The Ubisoft IT team is an international team comprising 1,500 people working in France, China, Romania and Canada. It is tasked with consolidating technological expertise and business knowledge to design and deliver robust, reliable products and services for our business team, our game production studios and our player communities.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join a team of 4 Talent Acquisition Specialists specialised in tech recruitment; the role of the IT Talent Acquisition team is to find, attract and assess the best profiles for our global IT team, before convincing them to join the Ubisoft IT team.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage technical recruitments end to end for our IT team in France:
- Coordinate the recruitment process: this involves exchanging with managers during briefs to understand their needs; drafting ads that inspire potential applicants to join Ubisoft and allow them to envisage themselves in the job; finding and contacting profiles on the most suitable platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stackoverflow, our internal pool… you name it) and conducting recruitment interviews in collaboration with the Hiring Managers; presenting – and possibly negotiating – the pay proposals made to successful applicants; ensuring regular reporting on your recruitment activity, and finding new ways to improve team efficiency.
- Offering an unforgettable applicant experience: you will give feedback to all profiles, explaining why, for them, the recruitment process must stop there or, conversely, continue.
- Acting as a veritable Business Partner: you will advise the Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process, and work alongside the generalist HR teams within Ubisoft IT.
- Promote Ubisoft IT: you will participate in various internal and external events, and in meetups to represent Ubisoft and meet profiles that are potentially beneficial for Ubisoft.
Our recruitment tools: SmartRecruiters (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter licence, MS Teams, MS Outlook, Codility, Calendly, Confluence, and internal tools specifically devised for the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications
To succeed in this job, you must have:
- A background in recruitment: you will have gained experience in a number of recruitment positions (either in recruitment firms or in companies), ideally in the sphere of IT vacancies (software development, project management, infrastructure, data, security, etc.);
- Excellent relational skills: to ensure that each applicant feels that they are treated well throughout the recruitment process and, naturally, to make them want to join our teams. You will draw on your relational skills to support and advise the Hiring Managers, and to be their preferred partner during the recruitment process;
- A pro-active approach at all times: you will provide solutions to boost the pipeline, improve your transformation rate, and explore new methods and new hunting grounds;
- Languages: proficient in Boolean, and above all fluent in English: the IT team is inherently international (working primarily from China, Romania, France and Canada); we recruit international profiles for non-French-speaking Hiring Managers.
