What We Need:
Reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition, this individual will be the driver of recruiting operations and programs within 2K. The TA Operations lead is responsible for thought leadership and consultative support through the development and management of recruiting programs and processes that address strategic business needs. Leads and sets strategic direction on all elements of recruitment operations and driving of streamlined processes for the global team with a keen focus on creating a world class hiring process.
What You Will Do:
Synthesize requirements from recruiting stakeholders across both 2K Studios and 2K Publishing, together with the business process that help drive efficiency and recruiter productivity. Life shouldn’t be difficult for the teams to hire top talent. Your responsibility is to make that a reality.
You’re the right hand to the VP of Talent Acquisition. You help implement the global strategies we create to solve business needs.
- Vendor management
- Program leadership: D&I, industry events, university relations, employment branding, etc.
- Partner with global Talent Acquisition Directors, Business Leaders, HR Partners and global recruiting teams to develop creative strategies and deliver exceptional customer service with a primary focus on operational excellence, proactive, competitive and cost-effective recruitment solutions
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting processes and techniques, determine their effectiveness in supplementing global recruiting efforts, and tracks their success
- Manage recruitment reporting process--compile recruiting metrics, interpret data trends, areas of strength, and areas of opportunity
- Correlate hiring plans with workforce plans to ensure hiring needs are met with quality hires in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Responsible for developing and implementing solutions to hiring impediments with full partnership of the HR Leaders and Talent leads, including continuous improvement of enterprise process and tools
- Effectively partners with Recruiting Stakeholders by providing ongoing communication on projects, performance, and process
- Drives automation initiatives
Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit:
- Proven strategic Recruiting Operations Leader with 5-8 years broad-based recruiting experience with at least four years leading a recruiting operations role in a global, complex organization.
- Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional team environment
- Strong project and program management skills & disciplines required
- Greenhouse ATS experience a bonus
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of recruiting methods, recruiting marketing, and techniques, and ability to drive results
- Able to manage and prioritize a myriad of recruiting initiatives, at varying stages of completion, and bring to timely completion
- Demonstrated relationship management/partnership skills with particular focus on HR leaders, line executives, and affiliated support functions
