Nimble Giant Entertainment is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Junior.

Our Talent team is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate Talent Acquisition Junior to join our squad!

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Analyst, you'll be responsible for sourcing, finding, and attracting candidates to help our team create excellent video game experiences for players worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and implementing sourcing strategies for defined roles with hiring managers.
Support the full-cycle recruiting process.
Assist in creating recruitment strategies to fill complex positions.
Provide visibility to internal customers
Use databases and social media networks to search and attract candidates.
Maintain candidate information in corporate databases (Greenhouse)
Assist in managing and reporting on talent pipeline progress and sourcing channel metrics and KPIs.
Work closely with all the crew of the Talent team.

Requirements:

1+ years in IT recruitment, ideally in the game industry.
Human Resources or Psychology degree (or currently studying) required
Good communication skills.
Enjoy being creative with solving problems.
Fluent English skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and negotiation skills.
