What We're Looking For

N3TWORK Studios seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive the live operations for a new, cross-platform blockchain game, Legendary: Heroes Unchained.

Built in collaboration with Forte, LHU is a new game in the Legendary universe established by the $250m+ grossing, smash hit RPG Legendary: Game of Heroes. As a PM on the team, you will plan, execute, analyze and optimize game content, systems and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the game’s KPIs, including practical methods for optimizing them over time
• Analyze live player data to balance the game economy
• Configure and deploy new features and content
• Plan, tune and execute live game events
• Work in tandem with design to optimize tuning of features to achieve business goals
• Report on the performance of events and features after they go live
• Provide guidance on treasury management, monetary policy and turning crypto holdings into revenue

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years developing and operating mobile F2P games
• Broad systems, monetization and economy design ability
• Understanding of live event designers that induce maximum engagement and monetization behavior
• Extremely proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Ability to communicate complex and nuanced designs in simple ways
• Confident using data to inform decision making and achieve KPIs
• Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills
• Have a deep passion for game and designs that make them engaging and fun

Nice to have

• Crypto enthusiast comfortable bridging assets between chains, staking pairs in liquidity pools and making frens in discord
• Passion for behavioral economics
• Comfortable with Unity
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with Tableau
• Have previously worked on card battle/rpg products
• Enjoys rolling the old d20 every now and then
