CCP London is the newest studio in the CCP family where we’re building an unannounced online sci-fi shooter set in the New Eden universe. We are currently looking for a Systems Administrator who at the core, will help ensure that our studio’s IT needs are fulfilled and that their accounts, access, equipment and licenses are set up accurately and timely.
We are a small studio and this is a great opportunity to have a significant impact on our culture. This is a highly visible position inside of the company and you will be a key component when it comes to peoples technical efficiency and ability to have a trouble free working day!
As our studio systems administrator, you will use your technical and people engagement skills to amongst other things, source, assemble, setup and deliver end-user workstations and equipment (Windows, MacOS). You’ll be a key part of our new starters first day experience and as such, play a key role in helping us motivate staff from day 1.

Your tasks:
- Support and maintain end-user desktops, laptops and other office IT equipment and resolve IT help desk issues for local and remote users
- Set up and configure end-user accounts, access and licenses
- Participate in maintenance, patching, monitoring, and control of local and global IT hardware and software systems and infrastructure (networking, servers, storage etc.)
- London IT asset management and inventory administration
- London software license management
- Participate in forward planning to ensure the London studio IT needs are identified and fulfilled
- Participate in managing of virtual machines and resources.
Your profile:- Experience and proficiency managing various end-user IT needs
- Knowledge and experience working with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Knowledge of networking core concepts like DNS, DHCP, LDAP, SSO, VPN, HTTP etc.
- Scripting or programming language skills are beneficial, e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Python
- Understanding of basic IT security concepts
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with local and distributed teams
- (Bonus) Relevant training/education in system administration such as Microsoft certifications
- (Bonus) Git/Perforce SCM knowledge/experience
- (Bonus) Experience using collaboration and ticketing tools like Jira and Confluence
