Job Overview
We are looking for responsible and self-motivated System Administrator who will be ready to develop himself and deep knowledge in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager for our brand new office in Belgrade.
What will you do?
• Administrating and maintaining Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
• Windows and software patch management
• Software and OS deployment
• Central management configuration of user workstations
• Application packaging
• Creating collections
• Creating of task sequencies
• Adding drivers for installing operation systems
• Communication with local IT Teams, Security team and users
• Knowledge transfer to Local IT Teams for implementation new decisions and technologies
What are we looking for?
• Professional knowledge of Windows operation systems including server versions
• Experience with user support
• Experience in PowerShell (scripting)
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, WDS
• Knowledge of infrastructure services and technologies
• Experience in ticketing systems and ITIL
• English and Russian languages skills not less than Intermediate.
• Creating SQL requests
What additional skills will help you stand out?
• Microsoft Intune
• SQL Server Reporting Services
• Working on Jira/Confluence
