Support Specialist (Polish language)

Wargaming invites the Support Specialist to work on the company's projects, including the legendary MMO project World of Tanks.

The Rule Game Core department helps our users with all aspects of game mechanics and gameplay, as well as enforcing players' compliance with key rules, maintaining order and restraining violations.

What will you do?

The specialist will be responsible for supporting the company's MMO games (World of Tanks, World of Warplanes, World of Warships, World of Warships Blitz, World of Tanks Blitz, Bowling Crew), communicating with a multilingual audience on issues related to the game, game promotions, game rules and other issues on projects.

What are we looking for?

• Vocational secondary education or higher education
• Intermediate or higher level of Polish language
• Good command of spoken and written Russian
• Confident PC user
• Readiness for a shift work schedule: two weeks day shifts (08:00–20:00), two weeks - night shifts (20:00–08:00)
• Desire to work in a team

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in user support
• Pre-intermediate or higher level of English or German language
• Knowledge of Wargaming projects
• Gaming experience in products of different genres
