Supply Planner Team Leader

Summary

What You'll Do

As the Supply Planner Team Leader you will be responsible for supply planning to support the inventory balance in Australia, New Zealand and Macau integration centres and the communication to the suppliers. In this role you will have 3 direct reports who specialise is buying and planning.

You will have strong IT and analytical skills, you will be the responsible for creating and maintaining the supply plan through the ERP and various supply planning tools.

You will as well be able to create reports and identify solutions to continuously improve the supply chain team performance. As an enthusiastic leader you will have strong ability to motivate your team and guide them in innovative ways to build supply resilience.

This role will be a 12-month fixed term contract to start with. We work flexibly here at Aristocrat, in this role you will have the opportunity to work from our office in Greystanes as well as from home.

In specific you will:

• Work with all Planner/buyers, Manufacturing Engineering to understand how the changes in demand and ECO requirements
• Develop, coach and guide team in the execution of strategies
• Develop and maintain ERP system and reports used for the supply chain and planning activities
• Master data maintenance including item attributes (item status, pricing, ABC class, Safety stock, supersession)
• Work closely with demand planning department and plan replenishment by maintaining an accurate and feasible replenishment plan on a weekly and monthly basis and ensuring product availability to meet revenue targets
• Raising and manage Purchase Orders to support ANZ operations requirements.
• Support setting up a supply plan and inventory targets and monitor actual inventory levels vs. targets
• Maintaining strong working relationship and communications directly with Suppliers and Aristocrat Internal and External Customers.
• Delivers savings and cost-avoidance results and provides actionable insight supporting strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Supply Planning is a must
• Strong IT Skills, knowledge of Concur, Microsoft AX and Excel (Power query) and Power BI would be highly regarded
• Experience in managing a team would be advantageous
• Analytically, reach clear conclusions and translate those conclusions into actionable results
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities
