Subscription Service Content Manager – E-Commerce

Job Description
Under the supervision of the Subscription Service Manager, the candidate will be responsible for defining, creating and gathering the content for NCSA region that will be offered in Ubisoft new subscription service: UPLAY+. He/She will be in charge of working on the strategy and coordinating with the different internal and cross-functional teams to offer to subscribers the most engaging, personalized and fresh content, attracting new users while retaining the existing ones. He/she will deliver a content calendar with all games and content updates and make sure to deliver them in a timely manner and in the expected quality through the subscription platform. This includes keeping the right teams aware of content needs, share plans, calendars and strategies.
What you'll do
- Assist in defining the content strategy with the Subscription Service Manager
- Develop and oversee the content calendar that will help acquire and retain subscribers on a monthly basis
- Brief, gather and coordinate with the different teams to deliver all content to incorporate in the platform in a timely manner and with the expected level of quality (game, video or other types of content)
- Keep marketing sharing tools up to date in regard to UPLAY+ plans for all related stakeholders (including calendars, briefs…)
- Assist in building and delivering analyses and reporting on UPLAY+ content performance
- Liaise with EMEA UPLAY+ team to align on content calendar and updates through regular meetings and calls
- Coordinate strategic efforts with both local and international teams (including Brand teams, Production and Ubisoft Store)
Qualifications
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Management (business, marketing or related fields)
- 5+ year experience in marketing and content management
- Strong organizational, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Good understanding of marketing channels and multi-platform campaigns
- Ability to adapt to quick change and effectively maintain a professional attitude and achieve action items through completion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English, both oral and written
- Ability to work with creative people
- A strong team player with strong interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and functional knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of the gaming industry, and associated digital and retail practices (i.e. Games, DLCs, Season Pass, etc.)
- Experience in E-commerce and/or subscription services is a plus
- Gamer preferred
