A Studio Support Expert is a highly visible role that works directly with players and our player community. Reporting directly to a live team producer, this role is integral in keeping confidence in the game high and keeping our players safe from the influence of exploited and modified accounts.
The Studio Support Expert position has the following primary responsibilities:
- Receive, analyze, and investigate reports of in-game cheating
- Respond to player inquiries in a prompt and respectful manner
- Follow-up on in-house generated reports of modified game accounts
- Research active websites proliferating modified game code
- Maintain databases of actioned accounts and violation protocols
- Operate in a fast-paced, real-time environment
- Work closely with customer support, community management, and live team to ensure maximum flow of information regarding player experiences.
Qualifications:
- Deep appreciation of current mobile gaming environment
- Highly competent computer skills, with an eagerness to learn new computer based tool sets
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Top-level critical thinking skills
- Willingness to work occasional swing shift hours and / or over-time.
- Strong problem solving skills with comfort in working independently.
- 2+ years of college / university education
