Job Description
Elevate our Studio Operations to Excellence
- Drive change in our organization inline with our studio strategy
- Optimize and enhance the activities of our Studio Ops teams (e.g. Finance, Workplace, etc.)
- Implement new processes and organizational methods to innovate in the way we work
- Reinforce the culture of excellent “customer service” and continual feedback
- Collect and scrutinize data on activities and projects P&L and capacity planning
- Ensure accuracy and appropriate prioritization of reports, identify and report KPIs to report
- Drive the process to set Studio OKRs and track progress toward our targets
- Organize monthly Studio meetings, Annual Studio Strategy meetings and off-site meetings; presentations of operations/strategic topics
- Put in place production intelligence initiatives, working with project teams
- Manage studio performance reporting to HQ in Paris
Management
- Manage the managers of the Studio Ops teams: Workplace, IT, Finance, and Communications
- Develop and maximize performance of your team and their teams
- Demonstrate exemplary leadership at all times
- Foster an inclusive environment for decision making among studio management
- Drive and participate in regular strategy updates with the studio management team
- Train, develop and motivate your team to perform their best
External Community
- Be a spokesperson for Ubisoft at external initiatives, such as with schools or universities
- Participate in events with external parties, such as the SGGA
- Monitor Singapore/regional news that could impact the company (new regulation, new incentives, etc.)
- Understand the ever-evolving business and political environment that are either risks or opportunities for our activities
Qualifications
- Energy, drive and a strong desire to bring positive change to our organization in a team environment
- Exemplary management experience
- Strong investigative skills
- Strong presentation skills and an ability to convincingly present data
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Operations Director or similar, preferably in the tech industry
- Knowledge of the video game industry is an advantage
