Job Description:
We are looking for an Operations and Talent Coordinator to join our administrative team. Tuque Games is entering a phase of great growth. Our organization and administrative processes at the studio and talent operations level must adapt. The ideal candidate for this role is experienced in organizing administrative and HR processes, resourceful and with a strong ability to adapt.
What You’ll Do
Participate in payroll management, in collaboration with our Operations Manager;
Coordinate the various ongoing and sporadic HR processes, such as welcoming new employees, annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, changes in employee conditions, departures, international mobility, etc.
Participate in the implementation of various HR IT systems as well as the implementation of rules for their use.
Enter data into our internal systems (HRIS) and classify the various documents related to employees;
Help improve existing administrative processes, develop missing ones and communicate new management tools to the people concerned;
Follow up on communications with employees, suppliers, collaborators;
Support the daily operations of the studio and ensure the proper functioning of the latter.
Respond to employee questions.
Management and distribution of employee orders.
Management of mail and postal items.
Preparation of expense account.
Order and inventory of office supplies.
Other related tasks.
What You’ll Bring
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
Experience in the implementation of HRIS tools and the optimization of administrative processes.
Fluency in French and English, both oral and written;
Proficiency in MS Office suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);
Resourcefulness, team spirit, ability to work under pressure, ease of communication, quick adaptation, thoroughness, sense of organization, ease with people;
Have a valid driver's license;
Video game experience is an asset.
