Studio Communications Manager

Job Description

• Partner with the Talent Experience and Communications Director to build, manage and implement the communications strategy for the Singapore studio and make our vision, mission and brand values more tangible to our teams and partners
• Lead and coach a team focused on digital content creation and platform / channel management
• Internally: support key stakeholders with messaging, content production, channel management to proactively tell our story, celebrate our successes and drive engagement
• Externally: build a media network, enhance the Studio presence in the region and create a strong employer brand to support talent acquisition
• Be the key contact and represent the Singapore Studio with the Global Communications team at our HQ in Paris
• Identify, design and deliver high-impact, creative events that will raise awareness of Ubisoft in the region
• Build, promote and protect Ubisoft’s reputation & image in key regional media
• Develop, monitor and measure key metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of our campaigns to strengthen engagement and employer branding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Media, Journalism or related field
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably for an entertainment or tech company
• An exceptional communicator
• Content creation for social media; copywriting, video scripting, shooting and editing
• Great Project Management Skills
• Can work autonomously in a fast paced, highly changing environment
• Excellent collaboration skills and able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
• You may not have worked in the games industry, but being a gamer is a plus!
