日本のパートナーシップ・マネージャーの下で、クリエイターの成長の手助け、新規クリエイターの獲得、クリエイターのコンテンツの成長に結びつくプロジェクトに取り組んでいただきます。あなたは、自分が担当するクリエイターとの窓口となります。彼らがTwitchの提供する幅広いツールを十分に活用できるようにすることで、彼らの可能性を最大限引き出します。日本のクリエイター市場に精通し、アカウント管理の経験があり、顧客サービスの精神を持ち、変化するタイムラインに柔軟に対応できる方が理想的な候補者となります。

業務内容

• 担当するクリエイター、およびその代理人の管理
• 成長戦略を作成および実行して、獲得したクリエイターをサポートする
• サービスおよび機能を最大限に活用できるようにクリエイターを支援する
• クリエイターに価値を提供するプロジェクトのサポート
• 新機能、ポリシーのアップデート、その他の必要連絡事項を担当するクリエイターに伝える
• 担当するクリエイターに関連するパフォーマンス指標、目的および目標を継続的に追跡し、レポートする
• 社内の関係者と協力して、複雑なクリエイターの問題を解決すると同時に、クリエイターの要望を尊重する
• クリエイターからTwitchの機能に対するフィードバックを集め、チームメンバーと共有する
• Twitchと日本のコミュニティ間の言語の壁を埋める
• 新規クリエイターの獲得

応募資格

• 3年以上のクライアント、もしくはプロジェクト管理経験
• プロジェクトを強化する付加価値のある提案を行った経験
• コンテンツ市場、クリエイター、プロジェクトの成長を加速させた経験
• 重要なビジネス指標、およびそれをクリエイターやチームメンバーに伝える方法を理解していること
• クリエイターに成長する方法を教えることに情熱を持った、創造的な思考プロセス
• 責任感があり、自主的に自立して働け、自発的に取り組むメンタリティのある方
• ストリーミングのトレンドを常に把握する積極的な姿勢
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 日本語とビジネス英語の読み書きが堪能であること。プロフェッショナルレベルで英語の提案とレポート作成ができること

About the Role

Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, Japan, you will guide regional content creator development, new creator acquisition, and work on strategic programs tied to content growth. You will be the primary contact for assigned individual creators in Japan, with the aim to bring out their untapped potential by making sure they make full use of the wide set of tools Twitch has to offer. As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with the creator market in the region, have account management experience, a customer service mentality and comfort with evolving timelines.

You Will:

• Manage assigned existing partnered content creators as well as their representatives
• Assist onboarded strategic partners with the creating of tailored business plans
• Educate individual creators with maximizing their use of the service
• Support local strategic programs which provide value to creators
• Surface strategic opportunities to relevant creators
• Communicate product and policy updates and moderation decisions to your assigned accounts
• Report essential performance metrics , objectives and goals in relation to assigned portfolio on an ongoing basis
• Collaborate with your partners to solve complex creator issues while advocating for strategic partners' needs
• Gather feedback on Twitch products and present it to team members
• Bridge the language barrier between Twitch and the local community
• Acquire new creators

You Have:

• 3+ years client and/ or program management experience
• Provide improvement recommendations to enhance systems and programs
• Experienced in accelerating growth of content markets, creators, and programs that can self-sustain.
• An understanding of important business metrics and how to convey those to creators and team members
• A creative thought process with a passion for teaching creators how to grow
• High degree of accountability and sense of ownership
• A proactive mindset to stay current on streaming trends
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Be fluent in speaking and writing Japanese and business English. Capable of completing proposals and reports in English

• Previous employment at a games industry or live streaming platform company
