The pre-production marketing art team develops visual solutions to promote our games. For this, we rely on data collected from the performance of previous creations and marketing analysis.

About the Role

The Storyboard coordinator in Marketing Art supervises and orients the storyboard artists, assuring artistic quality according to the principles of cinema adapted to the context of games, narrative clarity and alignment to the briefing; Collaborate with storyboarders suggesting and researching tools and methods that can improve the efficiency and quality of their work and facilitate the communication between Storyboard Artists and 3D Animators, aiming in a fluid pipeline, with the minimum of errors, rework and micromanagement.

• Fluency in technical communication with 3d team.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with writers, storyboarders and art directors by creating pre-production of cinematic videos for the promotion of mobile games
• Follow briefings based on information collected from our data intelligence team
• Manage storyboarders creating a productive environment, but highly motivating and with a strong stimulus to creativity
• Organize pitchings of ideas for production team, with the participation of storyboarders and 3d animators, facilitating communication and technical solutions that balance the needs of these two functions

What you’ll need

• An online portfolio
• Profound mastery of the cinematography and visual storytelling
• Profound mastery in proportions, visual composition, perspective and gesture drawing, using 3d assets as basis, if necessary
• Have managed a team of artists for an entertainment project, especially in 3D
• Software domain: Adobe photoshop or toon boom storyboard (Essential) and Maya (as a bonus)
