Job Purpose:
The Storefront Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day ownership and maintenance of lifecycle, platform and storefront processes. They will support the Platform Partnerships Lead in the implementation and maintenance of all lifecycle processes and will be the key link between internal teams in co-ordinating storefront operations & support.
Key Duties Include:
- Oversee day-to-day running of storefronts and lifecycle for both RuneScape/Old School RuneScape and Jagex Partner titles
- Maintain the storefront trackers and align key stakeholders on capturing the content and event roadmaps
- Liaise with marketing on upcoming activity and ensure storefront feature and marketing activities are aligned and supported
- Help identify feature and support opportunities with storefront partners
- Collate competitor data sets from external databases and populate new title forecast templates with data once it's been reviewed and vetted
- Work with key stakeholders to facilitate self-serve feature on mobile and PC platforms. This will include Live-Ops cards, Product Page Optimisation, Custom Product Pages and A/B testing
- Work with marketing, creative services and release/submissions to facilitate asset tracking and delivery for feature, promotion and new content
- 3rd party retail code and POSA card stock ordering/management
- Ensure product setup is carried out on all 3rd party storefronts for new titles, including assets, metadata, pricing, keys and page approval
- Manage 3rd party retail key ordering and POSA card stock
- Uploading of revenue reports from storefronts where required
- Support in ad-hoc projects from time-to-time
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in Account Management / Project Management / Operations, preferably within the Entertainment / Videogames industry
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Preferred direct experience working with console and / or mobile partners on game launches and relationship management
- Self-starter, confident managing own workload and operating autonomously
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate/advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
