Summary
The Staff Licensing Specialist will assist the Licensing Manager and Licensing team monitor and maintain the Gaming License (GL) process, procedures and information for ATI and/or VGT (as applicable) staff in accordance with company policy and assist in a backup capacity regarding all facets of the ATI and/or VGT Licensing process as necessary.What you'll do
- Organizes the collection of employee applications, and all appropriate documentation to secure employee licenses as required by regulators for all US and Canadian jurisdictions.
- Interacts with employees to collect individual information of an extremely confidential and sensitive nature.
- Reviews the application for completeness and follow up with the employee to obtain the necessary information.
- Processes and timely files license applications (new and renewals) by deadlines as required by Gaming Regulators and/or project deadlines.
- Works as liaison with Gaming Agencies on behalf of the staff.
- Maintains organized files for all license filings and related documentation/information.
- Provides budget information to the Manager for the department.
- Notarize documents as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrable skills in the Microsoft Office Suite; particularly: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, proficient in Adobe Acrobat.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and be team oriented.
- Must have experience in the Gaming Industry.
